Through this, Decrobond has become one of the most trusted and relied upon manufacturers of washroom cubicles, IPS Systems, vanity units, decorative panels, fire resistant timber doors and doorsets and timber glazed screens for use in commercial interior construction and fit out market.
Washroom Manufacturing
From end-to-end, Decrobond focuses on developing a unique and bespoke service to all of our customers. This is why most of our manufacturing process happens in-house, with our Integrated Ironmongery Solutions and Integrated Plumbing Systems.
We manufacture our washroom solutions from Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) which is created by bonding a thin layer of melamine and decorative kraft paper onto 18mm high density chipboard; High Pressure Laminate (HPL), manufactured using a combination of 18mm and 30mm MDF, which is post-formed (curved along the edges) before a layer of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is bonded to the surface and Solid Grade Laminate (SGL/CGL) made by pressing multiple layers of kraft paper permeated with resins under high pressure, the colour is then laminated to both sides of the kraft paper.
Due to our in-house manufacturing, we are able to complete production of your ideal washroom solution in just 10-20 days.
Door & Doorset Manufacturing
We manufacture four ranges of interior flush doors: DP Performance, our standard fire door; DX Extreme, built to withstand heavy traffic; DS Sound, for acoustic control; and DX+, our maximum performance door. All doors are available in an extensive range of colours, patterns and wood finishes, or can be supplied primed, ready for painting.
All our doors, doorsets and door assemblies are certified to BS 476-22:1987 under our product Certificate No. IFCCI486.
Our DP Performance and DX Extreme products can be supplied in as standalone doors, as ready-to-fit doorsets (pre-hung in a frame with all relevant hardware), or as door assemblies to be fitted on site. Our ultimate ranges – DS Sound and DX+ – are available as doorsets only, ensuring optimum fire resistance and acoustic performance.
We ensure any glazing placed in our fire doors performs equally to the door core and is factory fitted to ensure full compliance and safety. Glazed fire screens and over panels help to contain the spread of fire, improve visibility and allow for the flow of natural light. The glazing is manufactured to be in line with your fire door rating, with options of clear, wired and sandblasted glass.
